Cookies and similar technologies
Cookie Policy
This page explains how PomoCraft uses cookies and browser storage. For its own features the site mostly relies on local storage (localStorage) rather than cookies; cookies mainly come with the sign-in and advertising services.

Storage we use ourselves
- localStorage: Your theme preference, language choice, timer settings, and (when not signed in) your task list are stored in your browser. This data is never sent to a server and is not used for tracking.
- Service worker cache: The browser's standard caching mechanism is used so notifications work and core files load quickly.
When you sign in (Firebase)
The Google sign-in feature uses Google Firebase Authentication tokens to keep your session active securely. This storage only comes into play when you sign in and exists solely to keep you signed in.
Advertising cookies (Google AdSense)
The site shows Google AdSense ads. Google and its certified partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, cap their frequency, measure them, and personalize them according to your consent status. These cookies are set and managed by Google, not by PomoCraft.

How to manage cookies
You can view, delete, or block cookies in your browser settings. localStorage data is removed with the same settings section's "clear site data" option. Blocking cookies does not break the timer's core features, but sign-in and advertising may be affected.
